Procedure:

3 Top Sirloin Steaks
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cups assorted wild mushrooms (such as cremini, oyster, shiitake, enoki and morel)

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
Kosher salt and pepper

Procedures:
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and 1 clove minced garlic; cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and browned. Remove; keep warm.
2. Combine thyme and remaining garlic; press evenly onto beef steaks. Place steaks in same skillet over medium heat; cook 8 to 11 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove to platter.
3. Carve steaks into slices. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Top with mushrooms.

Easy Quinoa Chicken method With Garlic

Quinoa is probably one of the most versatile super foods we have around, you can either serve it as a main procedure or a side dish. It's packed with high-quality protein and considerable nutrients, it's filling and it tastes good so what more can you ask for?

I love serving quinoa with my popular meat- chicken, the two ingredients taste actually good together. One simple method that I found is the quinoa chicken with garlic. To make this method you need: 1 cup uncooked quinoa, 2 cups chicken broth, 20 leaves fresh basil (chopped), 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts (cubed), 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 onion (diced), 1 red bell pepper (seeded and diced), 1 green bell pepper (seeded and diced), 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Chipotle Recipes

Boil the chicken broth with quinoa (like how you would cook rice) and turn down the heat, simmer it for 15 minutes or until all the liquid is fully absorbed. Mix the basil and set the composition aside. Heat oil and stir fry the chicken until it is cooked, add vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes. Add garlic, green bell pepper and red bell pepper and stir fry until you see them a dinky bit lump. Season it with salt and pepper. Your last step would be to top the quinoa with the stir fry mixture. Now that's easy huh?

This quinoa chicken method will make 4 servings. I all the time cook this when I'm in a hurry and I hardly have time to cook. Feel free to add more vegetables if you want. I usually add carrots and sometimes I put green beans or broccoli.
